Shari Conaway embodied the principals of Servant Leadership every day as the Managing Director of People for Southwest Airlines. She was responsible for HR Operations & Compliance including Health & Wellness, HR Compliance, Employee Service Center, Employment Screening & New Hire Administration and Absence Management. Shari learned her Leadership skills from the ground up, starting as a Recruiter and then holding several different positions leading up to her role as Managing Director of People.
